DECLARACIÓN DE POLÍTICA ERASMUS
El Instituto de Enseñanza Secundaria SAN JOSÉ
de Badajoz (IES San José) es una Institución Pública donde, entre otras
enseñanzas de distinto nivel, se imparten ENSEÑANZAS SUPERIORES relacionadas
con diversos sectores profesionales. Este IES depende de la Consejería de
Educación de la Junta de Extremadura.
Se
encuentra localizado en la ciudad de Badajoz, justo en la frontera con
Portugal.
Los
niveles de estudios que se imparten en esta Institución son los siguientes:

El IES San José busca la
modernización e internalización de la formación que imparte, en especial en los
Grados Superiores. En este sentido, se intenta que los alumnos, además de complementar
su formación académica y laboral, alcancen el conocimiento de otras realidades,
otras metodologías y otras formas de pensar y de sentir.
SAN JOSÉ HEI de Badajoz (IES San José) is a Public Institution
where, among other teachings of different levels, SUPERIOR TEACHINGS related to
various professional sectors are taught. This HEI depends on the “Consejería de
Educación” of the” Junta de Extremadura”.
It is located in the
city of Badajoz, right on the border with Portugal.

San José HEI wooks for the modernization and internalization of the training it imparts, especially in
the Higher Degrees. In this sense, it is intended that students, in addition to
complementing their academic and work training, reach the knowledge of other
realities, other methodologies and other ways of thinking and feeling.
El IES San José de Badajoz dispone de un Coordinador de Programas
Europeos que gestiona los programas en general y el programa KA103. Además,
dispone de un colaborador que además de ayudar en el programa KA103, gestiona
el KA102
Para los procesos de selección de personal y alumnos, existe una Comisión
formada por dichos coordinadores y el Jefe de Estudio.
El IES San José respalda y apoya estos programas,
dotando de un despacho, disposición horaria para los coordinadores y cualquier
medio que esté a su alcance.
En la actualidad, el IES San José dispone de carta
ECHE 2014-2020.
San José HEI has a European
Programs Coordinator that manages the programs in general and the KA103

For the personnel and student selection
processes, there is a Commission formed by these coordinators and the Head of
Study.
San José HEI supports and supports these

OBJETIVOS
Al participar en el programa Erasmus +, el IES San
José trata de alcanzar los siguientes objetivos
- Mejorar la calidad
de la formación impartida
- Aumentar la
empleabilidad y, con ello, las perspectivas laborales de los
alumnos
- Dar a conocer
los programas Europeos, no solo dentro del ámbito educativo, sino tanto al
entorno social, como al empresarial.
- Complementar las competencias
profesionales y curriculares del profesorado y resto de personal de la
Institución.
- Fomentar la
competitividad, el espíritu empresarial y las habilidades y competencias
requeridas en el entorno laboral europeo.
- Fomentar y enriquecer el aprendizaje de lenguas y el conocimiento de culturas de distintos países de la Unión Europea e impulsar la
integración de las distintas culturas.
- Fomentar la autosuficiencia
e independencia de nuestros alumnos.
- Colaborar con
Instituciones de otros países del programa, a fin de crear y ofrecer a
nuestros alumnos, y los de los posibles socios, un espacio más amplio y sin
fronteras donde buscar una formación de calidad.
- Aumentar la competitividad
de las empresas del entorno como posibles empleadoras de nuestros
alumnos.
- Crear
conciencia europea en el entorno social.
By
participating in the Erasmus + program, IES San José tries to achieve the
following objectives
- Improve the quality of the training provided
- Increase employability and, with it, the job prospects of students
- Publicize European programs, not only within the educational field, but also in
the social and business environment.
- Complement the professional and curricular competencies of the teaching staff
and other personnel of the Institution.
- Promote competitiveness, entrepreneurship and the skills and competencies
required in the European work environment.
- Promote and enrich the learning of languages and knowledge of cultures of
different countries of the European Union and promote the integration of
different cultures.
- Promote the self-reliance and independence of our students.
- Collaborate with Institutions in other countries of the program, in order to
create and offer our students, and those of potential partners, a wider space
without borders where to seek quality training.
- Increase the competitiveness of the surrounding companies as potential
employers of our students.
- Create European awareness in the social environment.
PROGRAMA DE MODERNIZACIÓN DEL
INSTITUTO
Con respecto a las 5 prioridades de la Agenda de modernización el centro
expone:
1.
Aumentar los
niveles de éxito. Es indudable que al hacer este tipo de estudios más atractivos,
el número de graduados en enseñanzas superiores aumentará.
2.
Mejora de la
calidad y la pertinencia de la educación superior. Al mismo tiempo, la formación en todos los aspectos será de mucha mayor calidad.
3.
Fomentar la
movilidad y la cooperación transfronteriza. La institución no trabajará
únicamente en el fomento de movilidades, si no que intentará establecer
vínculos con otras instituciones de otros países.
4.
Reforzar el
«triángulo del conocimiento» que relaciona la educación, la investigación y la
innovación. El IES San José se compromete a colaborar con empresas relacionadas con
sus diferentes ámbitos de formación.
5.
Mejorar la gobernanza y
la financiación. La financiación de este programa está auditada tanto por
los órganos internos de la Institución, por la propia Consejería de Educación,
como por las posibles auditorías del SEPIE.
Regarding the 5 priorities
of the Modernization Agenda, the center states:
1. Increase success
levels. There is no doubt that by making these types of studies more attractive, the number of graduates in higher education will increase.
2. Improving the quality
and relevance of higher education. At the same time, training in all aspects
will be of much higher quality.
3. Promote mobility and
cross-border cooperation. The institution will not only work to promote
mobility, but will try to establish links with other institutions in other
countries.
4. Strengthen the
"knowledge triangle" that relates education, research and innovation.
IES San José is committed to collaborating with companies related to their
different fields of training.
5. Improve governance and financing. The
financing of this program is audited both by the internal organs of the
Institution, by the Ministry of Education itself, and by the possible audits of
the SEPIE.
Actualmente, el IES San José participa en programas KA102 y KA103 dentro
de Erasmus +. No obstante, se está trabajando ya con otras instituciones de
otros países del programa para implementar otras actuaciones (KA2)
Igualmente, se han desarrollado actuaciones a través de la plataforma
etwinning.
En los últimos años, se han firmado acuerdos de aprendizaje con más de 50
empresas e instituciones.
Currently, San José HEI participates in KA102 and KA103 programs within Erasmus+. However, work
is already being done with other institutions in other countries of the program
to implement other actions (KA2)
Likewise, actions have
been developed through the etwinning platform.
In recent years,
learning agreements have been signed with more than 50 companies and
institutions.

IMPACTO ESPERADO
Participando en
el programa queremos contribuir a llevar a cabo las cinco prioridades de la
agenda de modernización europea y con ello contribuir a la modernización de
nuestro centro.
- Motivación del alumnado: al tener la posibilidad de
realizar una estancia en el extranjero, los alumnos tendrán un aliciente extra
a la hora de decidir por su formación académica.
- La formación será de mejor calidad y más completa.
- Aumento del número de alumnos graduados.
- Se fomentará las tecnologías de la información y la
comunicación.
- A través de este programa, se pretende modernizar la
Institución, lo que repercutirá en la globalidad del alumnado, y no solo en los
que participen en movilidades.
- Las empresas contarán con unos empleados mejor
formados lo que fomentará en última instancia la regeneración de la economía de
las regiones y generará un impacto positivo en el entorno.
- Mejorar la relevancia y calidad de la educación

Participating
